The experience was good, they were very professional and reacted in a timely matter letting me know what needed to be done. The only problem I had was being charged a $104.87 fee for using a credit card and not being told about the fee upfront. I’ve been going there for years and was never charged a fee before.

Great service. Dropped my car off, they gave me a ride home. Sent me a report a couple of hours later via text for me to review. I called to discuss the work, and they got it all done. I received a text when my car was being washed, and they picked me up from my house 10 minutes later. Picked up a nice, clean, fully functioning car! Been coming here for many years.

The owner makes an effort to greet me when I come in, even if he’s not working at the counter and still remembers what car I was driving 6 years ago. A great place to have right in my neighborhood.

I highly, highly recommend this business!! Our car was towed here and they replaced the tire. They were kind, quick and professional. When I came to pick up the vehicle keys and pay I asked if they could drop the vehicle off to my husband so he wouldn’t be stranded at work. They brought the car to him at work!!! Talk about above and beyond customer service!! Definitely will be returning customers! Also, they have two vehicles they use and will shuttle customers so they do not have to make ride arrangements. Needed to service my tire monitoring system on my 2019 Chevy truck. One of my sensors was dead and it was suggested that they check them all. So glad they did one of the others had a low battery and would probably die soon. So now all are up to date with a 36 month/36k mile warranty. The guys here make sure you are good to go. I’ve always had a positive experience at Space Center Automotive.

I recently had a problem with a metal plate that loosened underneath my car and was subsequently damaged. I checked the dealer and was shocked by the inflated price and the length of time it would take to replace the part. When I checked at Space Center Auto, the replacement was not only far less expensive, but took less than 30 minutes. They are not only technically skilled, but courteous in every way. True customer service still exists at this shop. I see no reason to go anywhere else!
