I brought my Ford Fusion since it was jerking and not driving properly. I spoke with Kerry multiple times regarding this issue and ultimately he gave me the DX and cost estimate. I asked him specifically to fix the issue regarding the jerking of my car and he ensured that it was fixed. Upon picking up my vehicle I drove it around and a honking noise with a burning smell started from my car. I had to stop and restart my vehicle, just so I could make it home. I wasn’t even able to drive my car for a day before the problem began again and the problem actually became worse with the burning smells. I called to speak with Kerry regarding the issue but he stated they fixed the issue and that he cannot predict the future of what will happen afterwards and that he never gave me a DX. Kerry is dishonest and Space Automotive shop takes advantage of people. My car was in that shop for over a month and nothing was fixed, I didn’t even receive the complimentary car wash that comes with every car service. I advise to go to another shop and overlook this one!
