I called for an appointment and they were able to get me straight in. When I arrived, we were treated like family. My dog was welcome to cone inside with us as we waited for our vehicle. The atmosphere and waiting accommodations were awesome. Water and coffee station were available, tv set on low so talking with others waiting was nice. My vehicle was given a complimentary inspection and everything explained to me upon leaving with a printed report and estimate. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The technician was quick and we were out of there timely. I would rate this business a 10+ and would recommend it to whomever needs car repairs, inspections, tires, an oil change or simply have questions about your vehicle. Thank you for great service, atmosphere, and at a great price!

Everyone at Space Center Automotive is so nice! They never try to upsell you on work they don't honestly think needs to be done. They don't talk to you like you are ignorant-they explain the issues clearly, and check before doing any work, making sure the customer is okay with it. I love that they can drive me to work while they work on the car, so car maintenance doesn't require using time off. Everyone I interact with-other customers, technicians, management-is very kind and always seems happy to be at work, and to talk about the work they're doing. They even wash the car for you when they're done! I've gotten my oil changed, my car inspected-I trust Space Center automotive with all my car care, and you can trust them too.

The employees that work here are always friendly, professional and courteous! Very nice waiting area with free wifi, coffee and water. They always offer a shuttle that they provide if I need to go back to home or work while they work on my vehicle. Impeccable service, always!

I took our Honda passport to Space Center Automotive because when stopped at a light it changed gears and put the vehicle in neutral. They pulled information from the internet regarding recall notices and sure enough the vehicle needs software updates. Honda will be doing this next week for free. I appreciate the honesty and timely updates.
