I made an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change. The email I received indicated it would take an hour. It took over an hour before it was looked at and an additional two and a half hours before I got the car back. After an hour and a half they indicated they didn't have the right cabin air filter, I let them know I'd take care of it in the hope that it would speed up the process. They indicated that they generally wash cars but didn't wash mine due to how long it had taken (it was 4:30 pm when the work was finished). They offered for me to come back and they would wash it. After leaving the lot my tire air pressure warning came on and I noticed that my cars oil/service reminder want reset. I'm a little cautious about bringing my car back there even for a wash as I don't know when I would get it back. I did end up bringing my car back to reset the items I was having trouble with and they were great about helping me out. I've had great service here in the past but, unless I'm planning on leaving my car there all day I'll likely go elsewhere. TLDR took 3 hours for a state inspection and oil change, unclear if full inspection was done as my tire warning light came on shortly after leaving.

Time for a new battery, and oil change. Thanks to Space Center Automotive, my 20 year old Tundra keeps rolling along.

I hate to have to leave a one star. That's way to good of a review. They are incompetent crooks who can not fix anything. They treat long time loyal costumers like the garbage they are. Run away from the facade. They will steal your car and give you a loaner with more issues than a bipolar person. I'm taking them to court to get my car back. They are crooks.

Rochelle she is the best salesman there I came there With Little to Nothing Not Knowing if I was gonna get a car or Not but she worked with me and made sure I left as a satisfied customer

Todd and his team have always taken good care of me. I have always felt they were upfront and honest with me. In my years of taking my vehicles to be serviced at this shop have I ever felt that they were pushy with unnecessary service.
