This automotive business has very friendly and knowledgeable front office managers. One great perk for Space Center Automotive is that they offer service to drive you to your work or back to your home after you drop off your vehicle. Then they will also pick you up from either location to deliver you back to their business to pick up your vehicle when the vehicle is ready. Also, you vehicle will be washed and clean when they are done with the work. Their waiting room is very nice with wi-fi and television. However, on the downside is an ever increasingly problem with slowness in getting your vehicle work completed, timely notification of when your vehicle is complete and seemingly no system to start a job on a vehicle and continue until the job is done. The result is increasingly an issue with waiting for long periods of time to get the work done (even as mundane as an oil change and inspection), showing up to pick up your car at or long after you were told it would be ready only to find out that it is not ready and increasingly similar problems. My past three visits have all had these same issues which is very aggravating because I consider the customers time just as important and valuable.
