Overpriced and they made a dangerous mistake by not properly attaching one of my brake lines. Luckily I was out of town and my truck sat in their parking lot for a few days, but when I went to pick it up, it had no brake fluid in it. A line to a rear caliper was not attached right and it leaked out. Had I picked up my truck earlier I could have lost my brakes while driving. Mistakes happen, but this could have been catastrophic so I will not be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

I made an appointment to have my RV State Inspection. The service was quick , courteous and without any drama or long wait. I am really impressed that Space Center Auto has their act together. A genuine good experience. I would definitely recommend this place as I will be for sure using them again.

I am a very regular customer of your business especially for oil changes. I have probably had 5 vehicles serviced over the last 20 years. I am down to only one vehicle these days but I still come to Space Center for everything other than trans fluid changes. I was surprised this last Tuesday that you are now charging 25$ for a tire rotation and I cannot recall ever having to pay extra if I was getting a premium oil change. This certainly was not the case with my July 2021 and January 2022 oil changes and tire rotations. Perhaps this was noted on the authorization I signed Tuesday morning but it was not pointed out and again I had not been charged for a tire rotation in the past. I am passing this on as I am a little disappointed that this will now be the situation. I am also not a fan of your new system where the first person I talk to cannot make a reservation and I am passed to a second or third ticket writer when I would expect that anyone could tell me the status of my car servicing. I mentioned this to Kerry and he explained that the ‘maintenance department’ had to coordinate service type work; I suppose this makes sense at your end but it would seem like everything Space Center does is service work.
