This team has given me great service for almost a decade now. I feel confident trusting them with my vehicle and recommending them to others. Their shuttle service and early drop off services help immensely to ease the sting of losing your car for a few hours for maintenance. And they vacuum and wash your car every visit which is almost worth it on its own.
The staff is courteous, take great care of my car, trustworthy estimates, offer rides home and back while car is being worked on, and have car washed when car is finished being worked on.
I came here for an inspection. Every employee I spoke to extremely nice and helpful which is hard to find at car places as a younger female. They gave me all the information I needed and took care of my car in a very timely manner.
I have just moved to the Clear Lake area from out of state. After checking out automotive repair shops and chose Space Center Automotive to repair an issue with my heating and cooling system. I scheduled the repair, dropped my car off and was driven home. When the repair was finished, I was picked up and driven to the shop to retrieve my car. The entire process was easy and efficient. Chris Beers was very accommodating and very professional in getting my car repaired. I highly recommend this automotive center for any work one might need.
They are friendly and the shuttle is very convenient, but I will not be back. Spent $700 and they didn't even fix what I brought my truck in for. They blamed tires even though a rotation made no difference. Brought it to my father in laws shop over the holidays and he fixed it in 30 minutes for $150. The parts are marked up high and the labor is excessive. Been there several times and always feel like I have overpaid, but they get you in quick. I will find somewhere else next time.
